THE FIRST WHITE CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR CREAM FOR GELATO
Quell’altra© is the first white chocolate based cream dedicated to gelato. It can be poured directly into the gelato tray to obtain a creamy, velvety gelato that doesn’t harden at low temperatures.
Perfect as a gelato flavour but also as a filling for new delicious combinations, Quell’altra© is the special ingredient for rediscovering the goodness of a delicious bar of white chocolate in gelato recipes.
Pour the cream directly in the gelato tray, leave it inside the blast freezer for 25-30 min and place it inside the gelato showcase or leave the tray directly inside the gelato showcase and wait for about 2 hours before serving.
