Global International Foods was established in 2013 with its main focus on consulting, distribution, training, research and development of traditional ice cream, Italian Gelato, sorbets, frozen yogurt, soft serve ice cream and pastries.

With nearly 20 years of experience in international food network and business development, Jilbert Petrosian and Anna Blackman decided to combine their efforts and joined together in one company in the year of 2014.

Being well trained in the top gelato making school of MEC3 and Gelato University of Carpigiani in Italy, Jilbert and Anna are offering the highest standard of consulting in gelato and ice cream making as well as supplying premium quality ingredients necessary for flawless results in client’s business.

Subsequently, the company offers technical support in collaboration with BG Italy providing the brake through technology equipment for ice cream and gelato making in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Finally, Global International Foods is a developer of a new franchise company “Churned Creamery International” with the partnership of a well established franchise operation, where the high end technology meets tradition in the ice cream making for the first time.
